A Canada-based sequencer and sub‐assembler of modules that are installed in equipment

assembled by North American Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs).
The Company sub-assembles variety of components and modules used in the manufacturing

of cars and trucks, and wind turbines.
Approximately 600 employees, 430K sqft., 90-100M annual revenue.

Managed teams of as many as eighteen to launch new business and support changes to current business. Responsible for all phases of the projects, quoting, design, procurement, installation and operations buy off.  Lead continuous improvement teams during operation phases.  And finally, the closing of facilities at end of contract, including audit and reconciliation of end of contract corporate and customer bailment assets.  All projects were accepted on time and within budget.

End of contract decommissioning of Automodular Oakville facilities, two plants.

End of production December 23rd 2014, facility final exit February 27th 2015.

Corporate Asset Audits
Audit and reconciliation of end of contract corporate and customer bailment assets.

Operations Lean and Rate increase initiatives
Supporting operations initiatives to increase efficiency on production lines for upcoming customer take rate increases.

Business Development, quoting the launch of an entirely new vehicle.

2013 Ford Flex & Lincoln MKT Launch (D47x)
Managing a team of sixteen to launch the model year refresh of the Ford Flex and Lincoln MKT products. Introduction of unique Limo and Livery, and Verification Prototype build responisbility (January 2011).
The launch was accepted on time and on budget.

2012 2.0L i4 Power Pack Launch (U38x/D47x)
Managing a team of eight to launch a new cross vehicle product, 2.0L I4 GTDI Power Pack.
The launch required a reprocessing of the production line including major tooling modifications, new off line processes and all aspects required for productions acceptance of the production lines.
The launch was accepted on time and on budget.

2011 Power Pack Line re-rate, 82JPH
Managed a team of eight to support a production efficiency initiative.
Increasing the Power Packs line through put by 12% to meet increased customer demand.

2011 U38x IP Separate Line Implementation
Managed a team of eight to support a production efficiency initiative.
The initiative required an entirely new production line and process to facilitate segregation of production from the existing instrument Panel assembly line.  The project was accepted on time and on budget.

2011 Ford Edge and Lincoln MKX Launch (U38x)
Managed a team of twelve and Launched the all new model year Ford Edge and Lincoln MKX product.
The launch required major modifications to seven assembly processes and all aspects required for productions acceptance of the production lines.  The launch was accepted on time and on budget.

2010 Lincoln MKT Launch (D472)
Managed a team of fifteen and Launched the all new Lincoln MKT product.
The launch required major modifications to seven assembly processes and all aspects required for productions acceptance of the production lines.  The launch was accepted on time and on budget.

2009 Ford Flex Launch (D471)
Managed a team of eighteen and Launched the all new Ford Flex product.
The launch required; major modifications to five assembly processes, the introduction of two new products and their assembly processes, the opening of a new 145,000sqft assembly facility, moving a modified process to the new facility and, all aspects required for productions acceptance of the production lines.
The launch was accepted on time, on budget and facilitated Automodular acquiring Q1 recognition in Oakville.
